
Traci
Martin
Traci Wright-Martin is originally from Newberg, Oregon and has lived in the Ardmore area for about 12 years. She graduated in 2005 from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art and a minor in Psychology, with an emphasis in Art Therapy. During her college years, she served as an art instructor and tutor for student workshops in both private and public school settings. Following graduation, Martin worked for the Charles B. Goddard Center for the Visual and Performing Arts in Ardmore as Assistant Director and Educational Coordinator for two years. She has continued involvement with art education as a private tutor for local students. Martin has received numerous awards and scholarships for her artwork and has participated and placed in many regional art exhibits and juried shows including the Great Plains Juried Exhibit, Goddard Center Annual Juried Exhibit, Cross Timbers Small Works show, Artplace's Red Hot Art, and many more. In January 2008, Martin was invited to serve as a panelist for the Oklahoma Arts Council Touring Artist Roster. In April 2008, she also served OAC on the panel as a reader for the Community Arts Programming Major Grant Support. In December 2007, Martin co-founded Studio 107 with Susan Pfau Yeager. She and Susan currently manage the Studio 107 gallery, while Martin also works as a professional photographer and artist. Her work is featured in private and public collections both regionally and throughout the United States.
Susan Pfau Yeager
Susan Pfau Yeager has been performing professionally for over 17 years. She toured extensively in Europe as Christine in Phantom and in Canada as a soloist in Andrew Lloyd Weber: Music of the Night. Here in the States, Susan has been seen in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame (NY workshop), A Little Night Music, Forbidden Broadway, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Du Barry was a Lady, Hot 'n' Cole, and Candide with the Minnesota Orchestra where she shared the stage with Harolyn Blackwell. She appeared in Tiptoes as part of the Gershwin Celebration at Carnegie Hall and in Stephen Schwarz' Children of Eden (She is featured on the cast recording.) Other recordings include Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Yuletide Recording 2004 and Stephen Sondheim's The Frogs. Susan was noted in the New York Times for her work on Gay Divorce at Carnegie Hall and for her "strong portrayal of Bathsheba" in The Eternal Road at Avery Fisher Hall. Locally, Susan co-directs the annual production at Dickson Summer Community Theatre, she writes, produces, directs, and performs in Noel: A Celebration of Christmas with some of her friends, and she teaches private voice lessons and acting class at Studio 107 where she is a co-owner. Susan earned her BM at Arizona State University, and her MM and AD at the University of Cincinnati - College Conservatory of Music. She is a proud member of Actors Equity and AGMA.
